Aimee Howard has been teaching yoga for four years.
She teaches vinyasa, prenatal, children’s and yin yoga. Yoga has changed Aimee’s life and allowed her to feel at home in her body.
Yoga creates balance to the mind, body and spirit and when we look beyond the asana (physical)
practise and become aware of the other limbs of yoga, it’s a way of life. Aimee’s intention is show
that yoga is accessible to all, no matter physical mobility or limitations, and no, you don’t have to be
flexible to do yoga, however yoga will assist you in becoming more flexible, mobile and
strengthening your whole body.
