Despite his tender age, Jacques has already achieved remarkable success in his golfing career, and he continues to inspire others with his dedication, talent, and passion for the sport.

About Jacques Olivier:

At just 12 years old, Jacques Olivier has already made a name for himself in the competitive golfing circuit. Hailing from Windhoek Namibia (Omeya Golf Club), Jacques discovered his love for golf at the age of 2 when his parents took him to a local driving range. From that moment on, he was hooked, and he dedicated himself to mastering the game.

Achievements:

Despite his young age, Jacques Olivier has racked up an impressive list of achievements on the golf course. He has won numerous junior tournaments, showcasing his exceptional skill and talent.

His impressive list of achievements speaks volumes about his talent and dedication to the sport. In 2023, Jacques clinched the title of Centurion Country Club Under 19 B Division Club Champ, as well as the Under 13 Club Champ for the third consecutive year. Notably, he secured second place in the U13 IPT at Magersfontein and holds the esteemed title of No. 1 ranked Gauteng North (Union) U13 player.

With a current handicap index of 2.9, Jacques continues to excel on the greens, boasting impressive scores and tournament victories. His journey to success began in 2018, and since then, he has consistently dominated the golfing scene with remarkable achievements and accolades.

Jacques’s natural ability and determination have earned him recognition among his peers and coaches, solidifying his status as a rising star in the world of golf.

Goal for the US World Golf Championships:

This year, Jacques Olivier has set his sights on the prestigious US Kids Golf World Championships, the pinnacle of junior golf tournaments. Held annually in Pinehurst, North Carolina, this tournament attracts thousands of young golfers from around the world who compete for the title of world champion.

The US Kids Golf World Championships offer young golfers like Jacques Olivier the opportunity to showcase their skills on an international stage and compete against the best players in their age group. With over 25,000 kids from 50 different countries participating in over 1800 tournaments worldwide, the U.S. Kids Golf World Championships is a true testament to the passion and dedication of these young athletes.
