Now that you are more organised in your home and your mind, organise your calendar

Make sure you make time in your busy life to #getactive. There are so many benefits that outweigh the annoyance of getting up early to run or packing a bag to train after work when all you want to do is relax.

Get your diary out and intentionally plan your runs/workouts and try to plan the rest of your day around them. Easier said than done, but it is a start to getting active and staying active.
